From first-time to experienced riders, Lance Hayes Stables can help you achieve your equestrian dreams. We offer horseback riding lessons for beginners, as well as advanced training for seasoned equestrians. For our young riders, we offer day camps and a fun youth group. Horseback riding is also fun for adults! If you've always wanted to learn to ride, we'll help fulfill your goals.

About Us

Established in 1998, we have trained hundreds of horses and riders, from the beginning stage all the way up to World and National Champions. Whether your goal is to compete or just to ride for leisure or fitness, horse lovers of all ages and experience levels will enjoy our fun, professional lessons. We are located at the historic Maefield Equestrian Center, less than 10 minutes from the Fox River Mall and right off of Highway 41. We have indoor facilities for riding and training year-round.
