Farm History
Our facility has deep roots in the American Saddlebred industry. Originally established as Brockman Stables in 1962, it was led by the esteemed trainer Don Brockman, a hall of fame inductee whose influence shaped generations of horses and riders. Among the many champions to grace this property was the legendary stallion Sultan’s Santana, the first American Saddlebred to sell for $1 million. In 1998, the farm became the home of Lance Hayes Stables.
